Update on Max

Well, I have been working on Max....The last three times I have ridden him though, he has bucked. I am a bit frustrated now. Today, when I was unsaddling him, I took the bit out of his mouth, and then he ran away! In doing so, he tore an extension plug out of where it was, and bent the end. I finally caught him. I love Max, at the same time, I do NOT like him at all. I have done all this work, and now he isn't being good at all! I want to sell him so bad, and get a different horse, but I am so scared that I will make the mistake again of getting a bad horse! I don't know what to do with him. Every time he bucks, he scares me really bad. Nothing gets through that thick skull of his, and I am really tired of trying. I feel like all that work has gone to waste. I just wish I had Joy back.
